This project from last spring shows the new front lawn and the area across the drive that is still raw land.  We're back on the property adding more lawn and making some other changes.

 

The lawn is looking really good, now.  We just put some steps into the wall.

 

 

Here's what we started with.  The wall is very distant in the first photo, but we had to rebuild that as part of this job.  You can see that the loam is in place and after a week or so to let it settle, we'll do a final grade and seed and mulch it.

 

    

This Spring 2010 project involved removing all this overgrown vegitation, hooking 60 feet of culvert into a driveway culvert adding loam and raking and seeding the area.  An area that was once an eyesore and almost impossible to maintain is now newly seeded lawn and usable for the property owner.
